The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and commercial experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with key partners, including Space Partners, and working closely with the Order to Delivery team to ensure cars are delivered on time and in line with targets. A bachelor's degree in business and 10+ years of experience in a sales role are required, with a strong network of contacts within the fleet and business sales environment. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience at an automotive OEM, retail experience a plus, and a strong understanding of sales programs in traditional, digital, and social landscapes. Project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role.
