Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with clients to understand their compliance needs and developing effective strategies to meet those needs. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular site visits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to clients on compliance matters.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing building safety inspections, including fire safety, electrical safety, ACoP L8, asbestos, and gas.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is approximately £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
