Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in Chesterfield. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to advance your teaching career in a nurturing environment.

In this position, you will deliver lesson cover and provide tailored 1:1 intervention sessions to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lesson cover and support teachers in the classroom.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience managing groups of primary-aged children.
  • A Level 4 HLTA qualification or a BA Hons degree in Education.
