Job Overview

**Software Asset Management Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional to join our team at Picture More Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our software assets, ensuring compliance, and optimizing the software asset life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software assets to ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle.
  • Oversee and review Azure invoicing and subscription processes.
  • Define and improve Software Asset Management procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Regularly audit licenses and ensure software compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role.
  • Experience renewing and purchasing software.
  • Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software.
  • Experience tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, eg ServiceNow.
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
