Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our Legal 500 respected legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the litigation process, from case inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting Legal Documents: Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with attention to detail and adherence to legal standards.
- Case Preparation and Management: Assist in case preparation and management, conducting thorough legal research and providing detailed analysis on various legal issues.
- Court Hearings and Trial Preparation: Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation, ensuring seamless communication with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Commercial Litigation: Assist in managing commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, statements of case, and other court documents, with limited supervision.
- Pre-Trial Preparations: Participate in pre-trial preparations, including drafting witness statements, preparing bundles, and liaising with counsel.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes, providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client retention and business development efforts.
- Legal Developments: Stay abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes relevant to commercial litigation in the UK.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the firm's profile and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Qualifications: LLB or equivalent qualification in Law, and a valid practicing certificate as a UK solicitor.
- Experience: Proven experience working in commercial litigation within a reputable law firm.
