Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pharmacy Support Specialist to join our homecare admin team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a compliant and efficient operation is maintained in line with company SOPs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the admin team in completing daily administrative activities within required timelines
  • Drive and grow existing relationships through engagement with key contacts within NHS Trusts to support and aid patient compliance
  • Effectively work across the dispensary in fulfilling orders, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Level 2 (dispensers) and 3 (technicians) NVQ in Pharmacy Service Skills
  • A desire to work closely with the existing pharmacy team in delivering a high-quality pharmacy service to both primary and secondary care organizations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
  • Must be based and live in Wolverhampton or within 5 miles of Wolverhampton
