About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving increased plant performance through people leadership and engineering improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Continuous Improvement techniques such as LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S to enhance manufacturing processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Engineering qualification (Degree desirable)
  • Experience in a manufacturing plant
  • Continuous Improvement background
  • Knowledge of Kaizan, LEAN, and 5S principles
