Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Clinique Consultant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and selling our market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance.

About the Role:

As a Clinique Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to create a visually appealing shopping environment, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensure that each customer has a personalized and memorable experience. You will be passionate about beauty, have a desire to understand your client's skin and makeup goals, and be confident in speaking to customers to best cater to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Recommend custom-fit routines and products to customers
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a unique customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
