Job Title: Mechanical Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Validation Engineer to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Limited. As a Mechanical Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mechanical systems.

About the Role:

As a Mechanical Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing validation plans for complex mechanical systems. You will work closely with our design, customer, NPI, and manufacturing engineers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collate system and component validation plans based on risk identified within DFMEAs.
  2. Deliver assigned projects end-to-end, specifying test requirements and defining machine, drivetrain build, and instrumentation requirements.
  3. Oversee validation test work on internal machines.
  4. Experience in troubleshooting, including data analysis.
  5. Analyze data as appropriate based on the test work being delivered.
  6. Demonstrated experience of drive or machine development.
Requirements:

We are looking for a Mechanical Validation Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and validation. You should have experience in developing and implementing validation plans, as well as working with design, customer, NPI, and manufacturing engineers.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £33-£35ph (FCSA Umbrella) or £24-£26ph (Paye), as well as the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects. This is an initial 6-12 month contract, with the potential to extend beyond this and become a long-term ongoing contract position.
