Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Postal Delivery Worker. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and collect post and parcels at the local delivery office
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries
  • Walk at least 8 miles per day, carrying a post bag and delivering letters and parcels
  • Drive and deliver on foot, pushing/pulling a post trolley during deliveries

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices

Working Conditions: You will be working outdoors in all weathers, so a strong sense of adventure and ability to work in challenging conditions is essential.
