About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Publica Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of innovative digital solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ICT department in the development and deployment of digital customer-focused solutions across Council Services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver services and integrations into other 3rd party platforms, such as payment systems and in-cab technology using the Salesforce Service Cloud system.
  • Write and carry out testing procedures and user guides to ensure the customer journey and online self-serve is at the forefront of any project.
  • Translate user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies to enhance business needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of Council Systems and Processes.
  • At least 3 years' experience providing ICT Application support in a Council environment.
  • Experience of working within an innovative team environment to deliver virtual and digital services.
  • Project management skills, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to travel.
  • BPSS Check.
