The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership skills and be able to provide critical support to the CFO and Finance Director in key areas of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Reporting Packs: Providing timely and accurate reporting packs to C-Suite and SLT on cash management, cashflow analysis, and forecasting.
  • Cashflow Analysis and Forecasting: Developing and enhancing models to support informed business decision-making.
  • Financial Control and Reporting: Setting up and developing the cash, financial control, and reporting function to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cash Processes and Procedures: Establishing and maintaining robust cash processes, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk.
  • Internal Systems and BI Tools: Working with the project team to develop and consolidate internal systems, BI tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for a small team of Accounts Assistants.
  • Bank Account and Relationship Management: Managing bank accounts and relationships to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Compliance and Covenant Management: Reviewing and developing compliance in relation to bank and lender covenants.
