Support Worker for Young People

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people (up to age 17) who may have mild to moderate learning disabilities, past trauma, or emotional and behavioural challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: QCF Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) preferred. If not yet qualified, there is an opportunity to complete this qualification after probation.
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and sleep-ins.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is £11.75 per hour for unqualified candidates, rising to £12 upon qualification. In addition, sleep-ins are paid at £60 per shift. The total estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £23,800.
