Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Picker & Packer to join our team at SourceCo. As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and dispatching online and wholesale customer orders, picking and packing orders, printing and sorting day tickets, and delivering goods to the manufacturing team in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and dispatching online and wholesale customer orders
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Printing and sorting day tickets
  • Picking all orders from a paper-based system
  • Delivering goods to the manufacturing team in a timely manner
  • Informing the production manager for stock shortages so they can order and plan ahead

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have your own transport due to the location of the company.
