The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Project Manager to join our team. As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns and projects across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event planning and delivery from end to end
  • Creative development and input
  • Stakeholder collaboration
  • Supplier management including research and negotiation
  • Project management of project deliverables and timelines
  • Event marketing and communications
  • Leadership of onsite teams, ensuring events are delivered seamlessly

Requirements

Candidates must have an advanced understanding of managing large-scale events either within an in-house or events agency/organizer setting. The proven ability to manage multiple projects and set deliverables will be hugely beneficial. This position would also suit someone with an understanding and enthusiasm for broadcast media, film production, and hard manufacturing industries.
