Community Care Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse Associate to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in the community.
You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients in their homes or care homes. This will include carrying out clinical duties such as blood pressure monitoring, pulse and temperature recording, urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring, wound dressings, and non-complex assessments and reviews.
Main Duties- To work autonomously within the community using your enhanced clinical skills
- To provide safe and effective care as a valued member of the community nursing service
- To access to a motor vehicle and hold a full UK driving license
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will also need to have previous experience of working within a health or care setting.
