**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Resident Attendant to provide excellent care to seniors with daily living activities, promote their overall health and well-being, and ensure their comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor residents' physical or emotional condition and report any changes;
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed;
  • Administer medication according to physician orders and document accordingly;
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents;
  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families;
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest level of care for residents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in eldercare or related field preferred;
  • Medication Administration certification required;
  • Home Health Aide or CNA certification or equivalent preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor;
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
