Caregiver Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Resident Attendant to provide excellent care to seniors with daily living activities, promote their overall health and well-being, and ensure their comfort and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents' physical or emotional condition and report any changes;
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed;
- Administer medication according to physician orders and document accordingly;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents;
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families;
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest level of care for residents.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in eldercare or related field preferred;
- Medication Administration certification required;
- Home Health Aide or CNA certification or equivalent preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Compassionate and patient demeanor;
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
