Childcare Specialist Wanted

We are looking for a highly motivated Childcare Specialist to join our team in LE16. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with young children, supporting their physical, social, and emotional development.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children in the childcare setting.
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including continuous professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
