Role Overview

We are seeking two ambitious Clinical Psychologists or Family Therapists to join our clinical team within Lambeth Children's Social Care. As a key member of the team, you will help shape and grow our offer, providing consultation, training, and direct interventions to improve the experience for children and families in receipt of social work support.

About the Role

This role is open to qualified and registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists or Family Therapists. You will be working flexibly within the community, with close and collaborative contact with a range of other agencies. In this role, you will contribute to the Academy's offer and benefit from it.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide consultation, training, and direct interventions to improve the experience for children and families in receipt of social work support.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues and professional networks to develop and deliver creative training sessions.
  3. Contribute to the development of the team's offer and help shape the growth of the clinical service.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

We welcome applications from those who are newly qualified. The post is equivalent to a Band [insert salary] salary, depending on experience. We value and encourage your continuing professional development: you will have access to a wide spectrum of training opportunities via Lambeth's Social Care Academy, and regular supervision from the Senior Clinical Psychologist.
