About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Aberdeen Altens Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all aspects of the food and beverage service are delivered to a high standard.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of the service.
  • Complete daily tasks and duties to ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage service.
