Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a privately owned Ground works / Civil Engineering subcontractor in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and quantity surveying on schemes from £20,000 - £2m across a range of general contracting and residential schemes.

The company promotes a no blame culture and has a supportive and fair management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and quantity surveying on construction projects
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve project goals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A full driving license and ability to travel to site visits are essential.
