Coatings Technician

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Technician to join our manufacturing team at Workforce Staffing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

• Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment to various surfaces including metal and other materials.

• Ensure even coverage and a smooth finish by adjusting spray guns and equipment settings.

• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, making necessary touch-ups or corrections.

• Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and other equipment regularly.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Keep accurate records of work performed, including paint types and quantities used.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
