Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work collaboratively with a team to efficiently manage all aspects of residential property transactions. You will also provide supervision and guidance to junior members of staff, ensuring they receive the support and training needed to progress in their roles.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a quarterly OTE bonus plan. Our central and modern offices provide a great working environment, and we offer subsidised gym membership, parking and travel, as well as pizza Fridays and free fresh fruit.
