Role Summary: As a Trauma-Informed Advocate, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to regain control over their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality advocacy services, focusing on trauma-informed practices.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to empower clients to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed approaches and domestic abuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal qualifications or willingness to undertake IDVA training.
Benefits:
- A salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
