Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare science.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
