Overview

The Boots Company PLC is a leading health and beauty retailer, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Store Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of your store, inspiring your teams with a passion for great customer care.

Your strategic thinking and commercial expertise will help drive business growth and transformation, while our brilliant training teams ensure you have all the tools needed to succeed in your current role and beyond.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

You will lead the sales and performance of your store, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As an ambassador for The Boots Company PLC, you will be passionate about helping us achieve our goal of becoming the world's best pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.

You will make the shop floor your own, getting to know our teams, sales, and operations. You will consider what we can do to change for the better, setting us apart from other retailers. Using your commercial and retail expertise, you will be flexible with your approach to new business ideas, always keeping our customers in mind.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Retail management and commercial experience, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, acting as a brand ambassador for The Boots Company PLC throughout your store and region.
  • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
  • Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
  • A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
