Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Meliá Hotels International S.A. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of rooms and ARR (Average Daily Rate) in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment, as well as increasing the number of accounts and events. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £33,000 plus a 10% bonus, making the total estimated salary £36,300 per year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English; Spanish would be a benefit
- Knowledge of group operation and event coordination
- Experience of reporting, analyzing, and interpreting data (desirable)
- Professional use of Office and Outlook
