About the Position:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Caretaker to join our team in Mullusk, Ireland. As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security and cleanliness of our premises.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for securing premises and equipment.
• Operate fire alarm, intruder alarm, and building security systems.
• Attend after-hour alarm callouts and report any security breaches.
• Apply grit to pathways and entrances during winter months.
• Empty litter bins and replenish toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
• Clean the canteen, toilets, meetings rooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
• Dust, damp mop resilient surfaces, and assist with general building maintenance duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caretaking or cleaning is essential.
• The ability to work independently is crucial.
