Job Title: Biotechnology Expert

The Senior Scientist, an expert in Analytical Development, will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of methods in Biacore / SPR. This role involves planning and executing complex experiments, supporting junior colleagues, and implementing technical improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct the work of others, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Lead problem-solving activities, identifying and implementing technical improvements
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and communication
  • Accountable for customer proposals, including technical content and resource allocation

Requirements:
  • Highly experienced in Analytical Development, with expertise in Biacore - SPR, ELISA/plate based methods, and cell-based methods
  • Familiarity with High-throughput automated methods and digitization of processes is advantageous

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Location: Slough, United Kingdom.
