We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre Litigated File Handler to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our fraud investigation team, you will play a critical role in handling pre-litigation cases and working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle pre-litigation cases from identification to resolution, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case management.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to inform case strategy and ensure adherence to client guidelines.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with Lead Lawyers and Technical Leads, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases, working closely with clients to achieve maximum value.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of case progress, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling pre-litigation cases, with a strong understanding of fraud investigation principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and other relevant software applications.
