Job Description

Clark Wood is currently working with a reputable and expanding firm of chartered accountants in the UK who are seeking a Personal Tax Senior to join their team.

The role involves managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high net worth individuals, company directors, and sole traders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient completion of compliance work, including preparation and review of personal tax computations and returns.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Personal Tax or Mixed Tax role and may be ATT/CTA/ACCA Qualified.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
  2. Prepare and review personal tax returns
  3. Provide guidance, training, and support to junior staff
  4. Identify tax planning opportunities for individuals and trusts
  5. Assist with tax consulting work relevant to high net worth individuals and trusts when required
Requirements:
  1. ATT Qualified / CTA Part or Fully Qualified / ACCA or ACA Qualified
  2. Strong Personal Tax experience within a practice environment
