In this role, you will be responsible for building trading tools, apps for traders, and implementing trading models and strategies, while also managing and growing the team. Effective leadership skills are essential, particularly in managing junior quants and developers in a front office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced quantitative models for Equity Derivative instruments.
  • Leverage strong programming skills to build scalable trading tools and applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in a fast-paced trading environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in OOP languages, preferably Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with Equity Derivative products and option pricing models.
Desirable Skills
  • Leadership experience in managing teams of developers in a trading environment.
  • Understanding of designing and building options making systems at scale.

Based on industry standards and market rates, the estimated salary for this position is approximately $140,000 per year. This compensation reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.
