About the Role

This Band 5 Community Dietitian position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) or postgraduate diploma in nutrition and dietetics, current Registration with the HCPC, and evidence of ongoing CPD and relevant training courses. You will also have experience working with patients with a range of clinical conditions, including oral nutritional support and tube feeding.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your workload, and work flexibly around service needs.

The estimated salary for this position is £34,932 - £44,354 per annum, depending on experience.
