About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team at Pasta Evangelists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our fresh pasta concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate our fresh pasta dishes to high standards, ensuring a delightful experience for every guest.
  • Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.
  • Be a team player, bringing positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
  • Help customers explore our menu, offering personalized recommendations and answering any questions with passion and expertise.
  • Create a positive dining atmosphere by being attentive and proactive in meeting customers' needs, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards, maintaining the quality and consistency that our customers expect.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and buzzing with energy, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Monitor our ingredient supplies and inform the shift manager if we're running low on essential items, ensuring we always have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain the dining area, ensuring it's always inviting and immaculate, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe, maintaining a culture of safety and well-being within our team.
  • Pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support your colleagues.
  • Work closely with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly, maintaining open communication and a collaborative spirit.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to the table, and supporting your colleagues in their growth and development.
  • Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to our team's success.
About You
  • Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine and a love for cooking are what truly matter.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers, demonstrating your passion for food and your desire to share it with others.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
