About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at ORS Group, supporting NDIS participants with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and challenging behaviors.

As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.

You will have access to regular supervision, internal professional development opportunities, and the chance to specialize in areas such as early childhood services, positive behavior support, dysphagia management, student supervision, and leadership roles.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
