About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Caron Group, a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for a designated caseload, assessing occupational performance and developing personalized care plans.
- Plan and implement individual and group interventions, using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals and promote independence.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, ensuring effective communication with residents, nursing teams, and external healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to resident care planning and decision-making.
- Support and educate residents and staff on aspects of occupational therapy, including rehabilitation programs and care planning.

- HCPC registration.
