About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Sales and Development Lead to join our team at Runwood Homes Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in driving occupancy levels across our care homes and enhancing the overall commercial performance of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with care home managers to develop and implement strategies that maintain or improve occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and analyse occupancy trends across multiple homes to identify areas for improvement and advise managers on corrective actions.
  • Provide insights and advice to managers on the sales process, lead generation, and resident admissions.
  • Actively support the care home managers in converting inquiries and potential residents into confirmed admissions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure that all promotional activities and campaigns effectively target potential residents and their families.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records ensuring all leads, inquiries, and sales activities are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to care home managers and teams on using systems to manage occupancy effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on occupancy, sales performance, and lead conversion rates for senior management review.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Compile and present occupancy and sales reports to the Commercial Director and senior leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Analyse data trends, sales performance, and occupancy levels, providing recommendations on how to optimize occupancy rates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a care home or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in a care setting.
  • Ability to analyse data, report on trends, and use insights to drive occupancy improvement.
