About our Client

PER, Private Equity Recruitment, is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our esteemed client's high-performing team in London. The ideal candidate will work closely with a mid-market investor who specializes in entrepreneurial ventures.

The Role:

  • Administer fund tasks effectively, collaborating with third-party service providers as required.
  • Prepare and finalize quarterly and annual financial statements for partners and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to investor queries, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Manage cash flows efficiently, optimizing the financial performance of the fund.
  • Negotiate drawdowns and distributions with Limited Partners (LPs) and the fund's finance provider, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Your Background:

  • You hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in accounting principles and practices.
  • You possess experience in fund administration, either within a service provider or in-house, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial environments.
  • You are known for exceptional attention to detail and excellent inquiry skills, allowing you to accurately analyze data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • You have an engaging personality, able to interact with a diverse range of service providers and advisors, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex financial information to various audiences.
  • You are confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including investors, LPs, and service providers, demonstrating your ability to manage competing priorities and demands.

Estimated Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 GBP per annum
