About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Politics teacher to join our team as a Post-16 Politics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of post-16 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans in politics tailored for post-16 students.
  • Mentor colleagues in teaching politics and contribute to the development of the department.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification (such as QTLS or PGCE). Overseas-trained teachers are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a degree in Politics, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Politics, particularly to post-16 students, is preferred.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership skills and a genuine enthusiasm for political education.
