Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Shift Work: Day shift (Monday-Friday)

Holidays: 33 days annual holidays, including bank holidays.

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our global facilities management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring the safety and comfort of commercial property occupants.

This is a full-time, permanent position covering commercial properties in Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas. You will be working on a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  3. Carry out installation and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
  4. Undertake general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  5. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.

Requirements:

  1. NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
  2. Full UK driving license.
