Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in total reward, with experience in managing reward policies, company compensation, and benefits programs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing total reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Managing company compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Maintaining industry-leading benefits & reward packages that reflect the company's values and culture.
  • Conducting research and benchmarking to inform reward strategy decisions.
  • Leading the Annual Pay Review Process and the annual bonus process for senior managers.


To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and excellent working culture.
