Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and carry out vehicle inspections to diagnose and repair issues.
  • Work within relevant protocols and legislation to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Assist senior technicians and undertake learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure colleagues do the same.
  • Create a supportive culture for colleagues and commit to ongoing learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous automotive technician experience and an MOT Testing qualification are desirable.
  • Ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and deliver high standards of technical advice and service.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
