Job Overview

A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bank reconciliations in multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the payroll process, including weekly and monthly payroll, and take ownership of end-of-year accounts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices, applying knowledge to improve financial processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and regulations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
