We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our Academy Training Team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver contact centre inductions across multiple departments
  • Support the creation and updating of induction resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
  • Assist in building interactive and engaging training activities
  • Support upskilling requirements and maintain process documents
  • Apply lean methodology concepts to training activities
  • Complete training records and assessments
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop engaging training materials
  • Proficient in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
