Prison Family Support Worker

Clinks seeks a committed Prison Outreach Volunteer to join our team. As a volunteer, you will be working closely with our staff to deliver parenting workshops and support families in need.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of 4 weeks of 2-hour sessions, plus set-up and set-down (roughly 4 hours per week), and a 3-hour Kids Matter Family Visit if applicable.
- Engage with supervisory support from our Prison Facilitator.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Effective communication skills for group and one-to-one interactions.
- Passion for improving outcomes for disadvantaged children.
- Parenting or caring experience.
- Previous coaching or mentoring experience.
Estimated Annual Salary: £22,000 - £27,000.
