Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Back of House Manager to join our team at the new Everton Stadium. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing non-cooking back of house activities, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all non-cooking back of house operations
- Organize rotas and employment for Kitchen Porters
- Supervise pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen workers
- Undertake regular checks and inspections to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage stock levels of chemicals, cleaning equipment, and PPE

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aramark policies and procedures

Working Conditions:
- Work is typically performed in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- May require standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot conditions
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
