Primary Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of our learners, providing one-to-one and small group tuition in Maths, English, and Science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions to learners in their homes or schools.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learner guardians/teachers to ensure academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex needs.
