Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with 15 departments for effective planning.
  2. Process and manage client information, update production schedules, and ensure timely supply fulfillment.
  3. Manage service spares, conduct weekly meetings, and monitor stock levels.
  4. Compile necessary data for Key Performance Indicator reporting.
  5. Conduct regular client meetings.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 1 year of scheduling experience and 1 year of production planning experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel with advanced skills. A proactive and reactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and flexible attitude are also required.
