Supply Chain Analytics Innovator

About the Role
This is a hybrid position that requires regular presence at our manufacturing sites in Bar Hill and Liverpool. The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Data Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage Oracle Fusion Analytics to transform raw data into meaningful insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Modelling and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Analytics Cloud to support enterprise-wide analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Data Visualization: Develop data visualizations and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Data Integration: Manage data integrations between business systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Provide expertise in advanced analytics, including data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning, as it pertains to Oracle Fusion Analytics.
- User Support: Support business users by troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, and providing training on Oracle Fusion Analytics best practices.
About You:
- A proven track record of experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar Oracle cloud-based analytics tools within Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and Manufacturing Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud) and non-Oracle visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Proven experience working with complex datasets, creating interactive dashboards, and delivering insights to executive-level stakeholders.
