**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We are looking for a highly skilled Fabrication Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual TIG welding and fabrication of components to company and customer specifications.

  • Manual TIG welding and fabrication of components to company and customer specification.
  • Safe use of air tools and hand tools.
  • Understanding and reading of welding symbols as detailed on WPS and Engineering Drawings.

In this role, you will also be responsible for setting components to casting to suit customer specifications, and ensuring all documentation required to carry out the operation is available at the point of use.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry, Engineering, or Manufacturing, and will be self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in manual TIG welding and fabrication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to maintain a rational approach under pressure.
  • Positive working relationships with colleagues and accountability within teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
